Yes, 100%! Every cookie at J&B Cookie Co. is crafted without any dairy, using premium plant-based alternatives to ensure a gourmet taste and gooey texture that everyone can enjoy.
Do you accommodate other food allergies?
Our cookies are dairy-free, but they do contain other common allergens, including eggs, wheat, and depending on the flavor, nuts. We are not an allergen-free kitchen and cannot guarantee against cross-contact.
Do you offer pickup?
Yes! Local pickup is available in the North Charleston area. Pickup details and timing will be coordinated after your order is placed.
Do you deliver?
Yes! Weekend delivery is available for boxes of 4 or 6. Delivery availability and fees depend on your location. Individual cookies are available for pickup only.
How far in advance should I order?
Please place your order at least 2 days in advance. Our cookies are baked fresh to order, so advance notice helps us make sure your order is ready when you need it.
Do you take custom or large orders?
Absolutely! If you need a larger quantity, cookies for a party or event, or have something specific in mind, visit our Custom Orders page to send us a request. We'll follow up with availability and pricing.
Do you offer refunds or cancellations?
Because our cookies are baked fresh to order, we aren't able to accept returns. If something comes up or you have an issue with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
